Enable billing data collection. This automatically activates the required fields in the registration flow (company, VAT number, billing address). Export this data to facilitate invoice generation.

Does PassPass offer an API?

Yes. API and webhooks to automatically send registration data to your CRM or third-party tools. You can also embed the registration module directly on your website.

Can you manage recurring training sessions?

Yes. Create multiple sessions for the same training, each with its own dates, prices and capacity limits. Your participants choose the session that suits them.

Can you customize the page, emails and tickets?

Yes. Registration page, confirmation emails, PDF and Wallet tickets. Everything is customizable with your visuals and colors. We also offer full white-label customization under your organization's name (paid option).

What payment methods are accepted?

Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and bank transfer. Your participants pay with their preferred method.

How much does it cost?
